Camp Fernwood is an all-girls residential summer camp located in Poland, Maine for campers ages 7 to 15. Founded in 1921, Camp Fernwood is rooted in the four principles of living simply, enjoying the beauty and wonder of natural surroundings, nurturing tolerance and unselfishness, and developing loving, lifelong friendships.

Camp Fernwood's program is intentional, allowing for friendships to form, independence and resilience to develop, and girls to fully immerse themselves in the complete camp experience.

Their half-day summer camps run weekly from June 12th - August 25th and are a great opportunity for baseball and softball athletes (ages 6-13) to learn and develop new skills while having a fun time.

Their instructors will work on fundamentals and advanced techniques adjusting to every skill set. Areas covered will be fielding, hitting, throwing, and base running.

With full day camps running from June 19th - August 11th, horse lovers (ages 6+) are sure to have a summer to remember at Full Moon Equestrian. They will start each day with horse care and barn chores. Later, they'll split into groups for activities such as riding, presentations from local horse experts, horsemanship skills, horse and barn related games and activities along with creative time.

With half day camps running from June 26th - July 21st, kids (ages 6-12) are encouraged to develop confidence along with strength of mind and body at Summit Crossfit. They can enjoy an introduction to basic weightlifting, gymnastics, crafts, and games.

Learn to code apps in one week with Swift App School! This summer camp is designed for middle and high school students (ages 13 - 18) and runs June 26-30 from 8 AM to 5 PM at the Hatch Innovation Hub on South French Broad Ave. 

Teens will learn to build native apps and games for the iPhone and iPad and develop their own coding super power. No prior coding knowledge required. 

The Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth offers rigorous, fun, three-week summer day and residential programs at 11 U.S. locations. CTY has 70+ courses in math, science, writing, and the humanities, plus activities like talent shows and dances. Year-round online courses are also enrolling. Ultimate Frisbee Summer Camp is a camp for rising 2nd graders through High school students. Half and full day camp options are available. Camp caters to novice, intermediate, and advanced players.
